A few words from Gary: During her lifetime she spent many days walking with me in some
of the best
countryside in the UK. She has been up some of the highest peaks in
England
& Wales and walked many hundreds of miles.
She had three other companions
during her life, Tammy (Jack Russell), Lady (Labrador) &
Holly (Old English
Sheepdog).
During her last few months of life, she became quite ill with
Collitis of
the stomach which caused her a great deal of pain and miscomfort.
It was
with great sadness that I had to accept the fact I would have to
have her
put to sleep and she died on Tuesday 12th March 1996.
She was buried in my parents garden along with Nicky (my parent's dog, pictured
above with Trixie), who had died a year earlier.
Trixie's photograph hangs in pride of place over the fireplace
and from
there she looks down upon me and the new Jack Russell I now
have, called
Pippa. Unfortunately Trixie never had pups of her own but I
know that if she
had, they would have been just like Pippa in temperment.
Trixie will always be very close to my heart and I will
always miss her. She
was always my dog and even when the house was full of people,
she would
always be by my side. To email Gary Hall

Trixie
1989 - 1996
Missed dearly by owner Gary Hall

Trixie was born on April 1st 1989 on a farm in the North York
moors National
Park, England, UK. She was the smallest in the litter and I
got her when she
was just 6 weeks old.
She was the most faithful, loving companion I have ever had and
the day I
lost her was one of the saddest days of my life.
