My beautiful boy, how special you were! From that day in 1996 when you picked me out at the greyhound adoption kennel, it was love at first sight. Wherever we went, you brought smiles to people's faces with your irrepressible personality. No one ever told you that greyhounds don't bark! And you did love to go, go, go, anywhere, everywhere, even after losing a leg. I don't think I've ever known another dog with such spirit and such heart!

I know you're somewhere now, whole again, bringing joy to some human - and I know you are happy. Thank you for being mine for six and a half years! You'll be cherished in my heart forever -
