Jake was born in May of 1991. He died on December 8, 2001.
Jake was suffering from a brain tumor. It had progressed to the point that his life was no longer a joy. So, I did the best thing I could do for him. It was a very unselfish thing on my part, but it was the hardest thing i have ever done. He is at peace now no longer afraid and in pain. I miss him very much and I hope to be reunited with him someday.
