Billy

Billy was a maltese-poodle cross. Often laughed at for her small stature, she made up for it with the size of her heart. " I normally don't like small dogs, but Billy is great!" is what we heard from everyone who met her. We loved her and still do. It's a sad day when you have to make a decision to put a friend like that down. We have shed many a tear and I'm sure many more will come. A dog that showed up in an alley, abandoned, in the middle of winter, that ends up with a good home for the next 15 years of her life, is a lucky dog. Not as lucky though as we were to have had her in our lives.

A warm safe place is what we all want and thats exactly what Billy gave us.
