Our dog Blizzard died almost 2 weeks ago. In 2 days he went from not being himself to being so bad we had to have him put to sleep. I feel guilty that I didn't know he was so sick, and maybe I could have helped him. They think it was cancer, but I guess we'll never really know. I will never forget sitting with him that night and looking into his eyes. I think he knew he was dying, and maybe he was asking me to let him go.
